ABOUT US
The Townhouses of Saratoga is a 470 townhouse community located in Springfield, Virginia. We are surrounded by the Saratoga Community Association, a single-family home development.The community is family-friendly, with multiple tot lots located within the community and access to a community swimming pool sponsored by the Saratoga Recreation Group. Memberships for the pool are available for an annual fee. The community is within walking distance of Saratoga Elementary School.
Shopping, restaurants, auto mechanics, and public transportation are within walking distance of the community. Metro, VRE, and major highways are easily accessible from our community. The U.S. Government NGA complex is just a short distance away.
